For insurers & repairers
Replacement cars for insurers, repairers and claims managers
When your customer's car is off the road for weeks, not days, we can supply a registered, serviced car by the week — with a written agreement signed by the driver, a photo condition report, and invoicing to whoever has confirmed in writing that they will pay.

Who it's for
Organisations that need cars for their customers
We are a Melbourne weekly and long-term rental business. These are the referrers our model suits.
Insurers
Customers whose policy includes a hire car, or who need a car for longer than the benefit covers.
Insurance brokers
Clients who need a car while a claim is assessed and the repair is scheduled.
Claims management
Claimants who need to stay mobile through a claim that runs for weeks.
Repair networks and smash repairers
Customers whose repair is measured in weeks: parts on back-order, assessor queues, supplementary damage.
Accident replacement and accident assistance
Drivers you are helping after an accident who need a car by the week.
Fleet and accident-management businesses
Drivers whose vehicle is off the road and who need a replacement for an open-ended period.
What we offer
What we can genuinely provide
This is what a referral to us gets your customer and your organisation.
Weekly and longer-term cars
Cars rented by the week with a minimum term per car and no fixed maximum, so the rental can follow the repair rather than a fixed hire-day cap.
A written agreement with each renter
Every driver reads and signs our rental agreement electronically at pickup and receives a copy. Every fee is named in it before they drive.
Photo condition reports
The car's condition is photographed with the renter at pickup and again at return, so any new damage is identified fairly and on the record.
Extensions in writing
Repair dates move. Rentals are extended in writing before the planned end date; where your organisation pays, we confirm the extension with you in writing first.
Invoicing to the confirmed payer
We invoice your organisation only once you have confirmed in writing that you will pay, for which customer and which dates. Otherwise the renter pays and gets tax invoices for their claim.
One point of contact
Referrals, extensions and questions go to the same small team on 0422 222 267.
Cars and weekly rates listed today
Each car shows its weekly rent, refundable bond, minimum term and kilometre allowance on its page. No cars are listed right now — send an enquiry and we will tell you what is coming up.
Insurance and excess
Cover and excess are explained in your agreement before you sign — ask us.
Credit hire
We are not currently set up for credit-hire arrangements, where the cost is recovered from an at-fault party or their insurer. Rentals are paid by the renter or by an organisation that has confirmed in writing that it will pay.
How referrals work
From first conversation to invoice
Talk to us
Send the form below or call. Tell us the kind of customers you would refer, roughly how many, and where they are.
Agree the basics in writing
Vehicle types, weekly rates, who pays, how extensions are authorised and where invoices go. Nothing is assumed.
Refer a customer
Send the driver's name and phone, your reference and the expected dates. We confirm a car and a pickup time.
Pickup
The driver brings their licence and ID, goes through our standard checks, signs the agreement and the condition report, and takes the keys.
Extend as the repair moves
We extend in writing before the planned end date, confirming with the paying organisation first.
Return and invoice
Return inspection against the pickup photos, then a tax invoice to the confirmed payer with the dates and agreement reference.
Every driver must meet our rental requirements. We'll confirm eligibility for your licence and age when you enquire.
Business enquiry
Tell us about your organisation
This form is for organisations. If you need a car for yourself while your car is repaired, use the rental enquiry instead.
Questions from referrers
Who signs the rental agreement?
The driver. Each renter reads and signs our rental agreement electronically at pickup and receives their own copy. Additional drivers are added in writing and sign too.
Can you invoice us instead of the driver?
Yes, when your organisation has confirmed in writing that it will pay, for which customer and for which dates. Until that confirmation is on file, the renter is responsible for payment and receives tax invoices they can submit with their claim.
What happens when the repair runs over?
Tell us as soon as the workshop updates you. If the car is not booked by someone else, the rental is extended in writing. Where your organisation is paying, we confirm the new end date with you in writing before relying on it.
Do your customers need to meet any requirements?
Yes. Every driver goes through the same checks as any renter: licence, photo ID and our rental requirements. We confirm eligibility for each driver before pickup.
